The Strategy
We used Gabor-Granger analysis to find the willingness to pay for specific "Enterprise" features. We moved "SSO" and "Advanced Reporting" behind the paywall.
The Result
Free-to-paid conversion jumped from 1.2% to 2.8%, doubling MRR in 6 months.
